At Greenlife, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and track its journey back to our warehouse for processing.
